About Toni Lee
Toni Lee is a communications specialist with expertise in developing strategically focused marketing, public relations and social media programs with a specialty for independent advertising and marketing firms. She understands the independent agency need for high visibility press, how to win significant awards such as Best Small Agency and how to articulate a differentiating point of view.
In the course of her 25-year career she has worked on behalf of such well-known companies as Grey, Ogilvy & Mather, Mindshare/GroupM, Deutsch, Butler Shine Stern & Partners, O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul, Sterling-Rice Group, Mediassociates, TracyLocke, Cartwright and others. She has served as the communications advisor to mission-based SATURDAY MORNING, a creative collective formed by four of the industry’s leading Black creative directors since 2016.
Toni believes that successful PR can and must be measured by its impact on agency growth, new business introductions and overall awareness of a company’s mission. Toni honed her PR skills at Howard Rubenstein & Associates in New York and also worked at a variety of PR firms including Lobsenz-Stevens and KCS&A. She has served on the board of directors of the BrandCenter, a graduate School at Virginia Commonwealth University.
A graduate of University of Pennsylvania, she resides in Wilton, CT where she is on the board of the Wilton Economic Development council.
